This Capital Insurance Policy is issued by Novazeal Investment & Capital Insurance Ltd. to it's Investors. This Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Novazeal provides capital insurance for investments made under our Crypto Trading Services and Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs).

Scope of Coverage

Under this Policy, Novazeal guarantees the protection of the Investor’s principal capital when invested through our Crypto Services and REITs, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein. This coverage includes:

• Capital Protection Guarantee – The principal amount invested in Crypto and REITs is insured against significant market downturns, economic instability, and unforeseen financial crises.
• Risk Mitigation Measures – Novazeal applies industry-standard risk management strategies, ensuring that your capital remains safeguarded from excessive volatility.
• Loss Compensation Clause – In the event of market-induced depreciation of insured capital, Novazeal commits to reimbursing up to 100% of the principal amount, subject to the terms of this Policy.
• Liquidity Protection – Investors are entitled to structured exit strategies ensuring smooth liquidation without undue financial loss.
• Coverage in Diverse Markets – Investments made in Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) and Crypto Trading assets benefit from this insurance coverage.

Policy Eligibility & Requirements

• The Investor must be an active client of Novazeal, having entered into investment agreements under Crypto Trading Services and/or REITs.
• The investment must be maintained for a minimum duration of 3 Months.
• Compliance with financial due diligence and regulatory requirements is mandatory.

Exclusions and Limitations

• Unauthorized withdrawals before maturity.
• Fraudulent activities or misrepresentation by the Investor.
• Market fluctuations beyond the insured capital limit.
• Investments outside of Novazeal’s authorized portfolio.
• Force Majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, and political instability.

Claims & Reimbursement Process

• Claim Submission: The Investor must submit a formal claim request, along with all required supporting documentation.
• Assessment & Verification: Novazeal will conduct a thorough evaluation within 30 working days.
• Reimbursement Processing: Upon successful verification, the insured capital shall be reimbursed in accordance with the coverage terms.
• Disbursement & Adjustments: Reimbursement will be processed via the Investor’s registered payment method.

Policy Termination

This Policy shall remain in effect unless:

• The Investor fully withdraws their capital from Novazeal’s Crypto or REITs portfolios.
• The Investor breaches any contractual terms associated with their investment.
• Regulatory or legal mandates necessitate policy discontinuation.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or mediation as per Novazeal Investment & Capital Insurance regulations before seeking judicial intervention.

Acceptance & Acknowledgment

By investing in Novazeal’s Crypto Trading Services and REITs, the Investor acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Capital Insurance Policy.
